High-level agenda

The event unfolds as a relaxed four-day journey that blends leadership focus, shared connection, and a touch of Scottish celebration. It begins with an early arrival for leadership, easing into the experience with time to settle in and a welcome dinner. The following day broadens out as colleagues arrive, combining purposeful leadership sessions with informal networking, outdoor drinks, and a lively evening together.

The main conference day will be on the 26th, bringing everyone together for board perspectives, interactive sessions, client insights, and collaborative workshops, before transitioning into a memorable evening of celebration that culminates in a tartan-themed gala and traditional Scottish festivities. The final day provides a gentle close, with breakfast, departures, and a cultural send-off at Edinburgh Castle.

Overall, the rhythm moves from focused and intentional to energetic and celebratory, finishing on a relaxed, distinctly local note.

An Ode to Scotland

"My heart's in the Highlands, my heart is not here;
My heart's in the Highlands, a-chasing the deer;
A-chasing the wild deer, and following the roe
My heart's in the Highlands, wherever I go"

- Robert Burns
