Workshop Themes 

During Friday afternoon, each sister firm will be running a workshop focused on key opportunities and challenges facing boutique consultancies today: people management and Gen Z expectations; AI-enabled ways of working; service offering strategy and differentiation; pricing and remuneration models; and networking and sales. You will be assigned a workshop - details to follow. Each session will combine discussion, experience-sharing and practical insights from across the consulting sector.
